She believes in the educational excellence and transformative leadership that coaching and professional development provides. Nicole has coached and implemented a plethora of resources for superintendents, principals, teachers, and students. She is an expert at curriculum design, deep dive data analysis, programatic outcome attainment, strategic planning, new system implementation, and customized professional development. Nicole has supported the needs of school leaders on a regional and national level, managing several school portfolios and partnerships.
